Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of software development projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects on time and within budget
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
